No appointment without telephone number!
Recently a new concept has made itself known: the "anonymous surfer" (those who call us from a block- ed number or don´t give us any one). They cause a lot of frustration because they make appointments and don´t come.
We will now only accept appointments when we receive something personal from you. It is often the case that we are travelling from all corners of our city to make a massage and the number of fake appointments is unfortunately increasing.
A telephone number is something personal and private, something which we are very discreet and respectful with - because you have trusted us with it.
We may lose a booking or two when this is not understood - but it saves us a lot of unnecessary frustration!
